Chilled Ginger Carrot Soup on Cooking with Books

Half way through the week and my body is already trying to slow down. Too many arm exercises at the gym have my deltoid and pectoral muscles aching. But no pain no gain, huh?

Well today I am excited to be guest posting over at Cooking with Books. Marnely is a talented food writer and culinary school grad who writes a popular food blog and even writes for Marcus Samuelson. She truly has a brilliant culinary mind. I am honored to be guest posting for her.

Check out the Chilled Ginger Carrot Soup recipe I shared on Cooking with Books, a dish made with hope, will power and determination. Wondering how? The guest post says it all. =]

Don't forget to check out the NYC SeaPaddle Giveaway! We're raffling off a SodaStream Soda Maker and 2 tickets to a NYC Food Tour. You don't have to donate to enter, but spreading the word gets you entries to win a Chocolate Fountain or Snow Cone Machine or a 1 Year Subscription to your favorite food magazine. 4 winners, all in the name of charity! Will you be one?

P.S.
Friday we have a fabulous guilt free cupcake recipe from a very special food blogger.
Monday I pass on the Inspirational Food Blogger Award to 15 bloggers.
