I wanted to thank Lacy over at NYC Eats and Natalie over at Foodatick for awarding me with the Versatile Blogger Award. Lacy is an outstanding food blogger who brings her A game to the table. She recently left me dreaming about her Potato Chip Pasta Corn Crema & Crab Asparagus Salad. If it sounds good, just imagine what it looks like. Don't imagine, go look! Not only are her photos and desserts stunning, but she brings flavors together effortlessly with incredible results. One of my favorite recipes is her Tres Leches Cupcakes w/ Dulce de Leche Frosting. Try peeling your eyes away from that! 

I created the "egg nest" by dropping an egg into a pot of boiling water. (What was once an accident turned into an experiment) The crack will allow the egg to run, cooking it in strings. Results may vary.
